Older versions of the Katana were lampooned for their lack of heel hooking prowess but, thankfully, Sportiva was listening. The current iteration features a narrower and more form-fitting design, allowing technical heel hooks and bomber heel-toe cams. The newest Katana also features notable durability, meaning these kicks will accept numerous resoles.
