Warehouse Associate Job Opening

Over the past couple years, Wilderness Exchange has made a strong effort to increase our online presence.  It is working, so we need more help!  The Warehouse/Shipping Associate position is responsible for various shipping and warehousing related tasks including, but not limited to; picking, packing and shipping web orders, transferring web orders and received merchandise between the warehouse and the retail store, stickering received product, warehouse organization, lifting of boxes weighing up to 40 lbs, and serving as a liason between the warehouse and the retail store.

Previous warehouse and shipping experience is a HUGE plus, but will not ruin your chances completely.  The WEU warehouse can be a very busy and chaotic place, so a good candidate for the position must be able to multi-task effectively, communicate clearly and effectively, and be very detail oriented and hard-working.  There is little tolerance for error in the Shipping/Receiving Department, so your game better be on point.  This position may also involve minimal amounts of customer service, so a base knowledge of current market products in the categories that we sell is a must.

If this position sounds like a good fit for you, please send a cover letter explaining why we should offer you a job, and a copy of your resume to:
