Mammut Smart Alpine Belay Device

The alpine version of Mammut's Smart belay device can be used with double and half ropes as well thin single ropes, making it an ideal companion for alpine rock and ice pursuits.

Provides dynamic braking of the climber in an accidental fall, and locks even at low levels of force exerted by the user. It can also be used to independently belay one or two second climbers in an autolocking mode from the fixed point. It is also ideal for rappelling.
