About our Head Ski Tech, Greg Guras:

Greg has literally done everything, from 20 years of competitive ski racing to coaching the USSA Ski Racing Team. Greg was an editorial contributor for "SKI Magazine," where he was a 10-year recipient of their Gold Medal Award for "Top Ski Shop" in the nation, while still finding time to act as the Service Manager for the US Ski and Snowboard Team. From '92 to '06, if you saw an American skier blasting through the Olympics, chances are Greg serviced their skis. We're ridiculously proud to say that Greg has called Wilderness Exchange home since 2001, ensuring us Front Rangers are hunting stashes fully confident in our gear.

About our expert bootfitter, Cliff Penny:

Cliff has been fitting skiers, snowboarders, and hikers for over 16 years. A former climbing guide, ski instructor, and personal trainer with certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, Cliff brings world class expertise and passion to help you find a precise, comfortable, and custom fit. A proper boot fit takes a while, but the conversation won't fizzle with Cliff. Along with an almost two decade-long resume of unimpeachable bootfits, Cliff is a certified chef, a competitive bike racer, a second-degree Black Belt in Judo, Kung Fu, and Tae Kwon Do, and a Wilderness First Responder. We're lucky beyond words that Cliff calls WildyX home.
