Mammut Pro Protection Avalanche Airbag Pack
The Pro Protection Airbag is Mammut's avalanche airbag designed for professionals. The larger backpack is tailored specifically to the needs of mountain guides, with lots of room, a wide range of attachment options, and multiple compartments to keep items organized. The large back opening allows easier access to the main compartment, even when skis or a snowboard are attached to the front. It is ideal for one-day or multi-day tours with skis or a snowboard.
The special shape of Mammut's Protection Airbag System and integration in different backpacks make this system unique. The shape of the airbag protects the wearer’s head, neck and chest area from injuries and in the event of an avalanche, ensures an optimal position by keeping the head and upper body on the surface. The Protection Airbag can help to prevent complete burial and offer additional protection from trauma.
