Petzl Dart LLF Crampon
The Dart defines both technical and adaptable performance, thanks to it's modular make-up. With modular front points (long or short mono-point, dual-point, or asymmetrical dual-point), they adapt to difficult climbs, snow couloirs, and dry tooling. Add to that your own filing and creativity with the ability to purchase full replacement parts and you're set for season after season of getting after it on the frozen stuff.
You're not always spinning in a screw on the sharp end, however. Thanks to the Dart's lateral secondary points, these crampons offer stable support on any type of ice, whether it be cauliflower or hoarfrost.
Finally, keep in mind that Petzl offers a bevy of after-market goodies, from new front points to their antisnow system (which you should definitely, certainly, most assuredly buy).
