The CAMP Crest snow shovel has a polypropylene blade that is not as rigid as other plastic blades to prevent bouncing in your pack.
The aluminum alloy shaft is contoured for a solid grip and good rigidity. Four slots on the blade allow for use as a snow anchor or emergency stretcher when combined with skis. This handled shovel is almost as light as some models without handles — popular for skimo comps.
