By attaching the cable directly to the hex and eliminating the swage, Metolius made their Curved Hexes more than10% lighter per set. Anodized heads and collars are color-coded to match the company'scam colors.
The curves allow the hexes to cam into position by rotating on the convex face and setting up stable, three-point contact with the concave side. Each piece offers four different placement options, yielding a range that is similar to a camming unit of comparable size. This set includes six popular sizes, #s 5-10.
